anxiety issues?!?!?! help

I am having anxiety all day everyday followed by a lovely panic attack if I'm freaking out enough about the smallest thing.i always feel like something is wrong with me and I know of I am fine but I can't turn this off. Is there anyone else experiencing this ? I would feel better knowing I'm not alone

When I send myself into a panic attack I have to call someone to talk me down and through it. I only get this way when I'm by myself bc I'm alone with my thoughts I'm 29 weeks and on bed rest so my nerves are all out of whack. My husband helps me a lot but when I'm alone it's very hard bc I'm limited to what I can do. I will check that out. Thank you

I had really bad anxiety early on when hormones kicked in. I was not used to it because I saw a therapist for 4years and had my anxiety under control. Do you have a way to calm yourself down? I like to craft when I get anxious. I crochet and counting the stitches as I go helps keep my mind occupied. I also really love mindfulness meditation, helped me get over my anxiety long-term. Google "ucla mindfulness meditation" you should see a website that says 'weekly podcast at the hammer' there is a huge list of guided meditations that can help you calm yourself down. Keep trying if it doesn't work right away, it takes time to train yourself to not cycle through bad thoughts. I hope this helps a little.
