Left Hand
My left hand feels sore and swollen,it hurts when I try to move it or pick up anything with it. Is this normal.. it literally happened over night. I have a Dr appt on Friday and will definitely ask but just wanted your opinions first :)

I had and am having again severe carpal tunel. Especially if you work on a computer or spend a lot of time with your hands awkwardly with some swelling. Stretching and drinking more water can help.
