I try to stop as soon as i know I'm pregnant and I'm dieing to sleep on my stomach here I'm a couple weeks!! A old women once told me she sleep on her stomach and her baby was born with a flat face because of it lol. I had a nurse at l&d tell me that a women came in in labor and she would only lay on her stomach, guess it comes down to like everything else does in pregnancy being a personal choice

I like the Snoogle Sleeper. It doubles as a pregnancy pillow and nursing pillow for after the baby is born. It doesn't show the position in the pictures but you can actually fold it in to a circle and put your belly in the middle to sleep on it like that. It's really comfortable if your belly doesn't get too terribly big for it. If it's not comfy for you then there are tons of other ways you can use it to try and ease pressure. I'm a tummy sleeper too but have gotten used to sleeping on my right side thanks to this. It's small enough too that it doesn't take up much room and I'm able to snuggle with my hubby comfortably. :)

I haven't been able to sleep on my stomach for the last few days, my breasts have been way to sore. I have so much trouble sleeping on my side if I don't use a pillow between my legs.

Try not to lay on ur stomach if u know that u're already pragnant.  Every pregnancy is different but it's better to be really careful especially of the baby
