anybody know for sure?
Does cracking your neck or back hurt the baby at all? Pretty sure hubby just hates when i do it, but it always make me feel better, takes away the tightness in my lower back im sure i wont be able to do it once i get round but yeah.. anyone know if it has negative affects?

^^Agree! My brother is a chiropractor and gives me adjustments all the time. I crack my own back and neck between his adjustments. Its not as good and doesn't go as deep but it helps. He does adjustments all the way up until delivery. If it's really bothering try seeking out a chiropractor so they can do adjustments for you also.
