Thank you for responding ladies:-) I had gestational diabetes with my 3rd pregnancy, my 4thkids was fine and now hypoglycemia. I also have a big problem with blackouts and feeling dizzy. But my dr office just told me my sugar was at 40 and didn't tell me anything else but that they would keep a close eye on me but my next appointment isn't until March 13

I have it. For bfast, I eat a protein like and egg, and orange juice. I always keep a snack handy in case my sugars get too low, and people that I work with know about and watch me too.

Yes i had hypoglycemia  and anemia while i was pregnant with my first. Its was the opposite of what you have. My sugar levels were too low and i used to blackout alot. Dr put me on iron tablets and something else but i cant remember what it was it helped alot. But i had to be careful not to stand up too fast. And i was on bedrest for the last 2 months.

I haven't but I would assume keeping your sugar at a steady would require what you should do now any way. Small, healthy frequent eating. Every two hours a healthy sustainable snack. One that won't spike sugar like simple carve can, and one that is high in protein so I lasts longer. Talk w your doctor and maybe see a nutritionist to set up a meal menu of sorts
