I get these all the time and had mentioned it to my Dr but he didn't really seem concerned about it. When I lay down it hurts more but I noticed if I sit up slightly or even walk around the house a bit the pain isn't too bad and goes away. Plus drinking water helps too (cold water). Give it a try. Keep in mind it could be gallstones as well or maybe even just your intestines being moved cuz the baby is stretching. Maybe even strained muscles if you're lifting or bending too much. If its really bad like a 9/10 scale go to the ER don't wait...hope this helped a bit ...God Bless :)
