Head pressure

is it normal to feel a lot of pressure go into your head when you lay down? I'm 35 weeks pregnant going on to 36 and every time I lay down I feel all this pressure go into my head idk if it's blood pressure or what but I just know it's pressure. How can I make it go away? And why does it happen when I lay down? Has this happened to anyone else?

Possible sinus infection. I just got off antibiotics for one last week. I'm 30 weeks and feel heck of a lot better now that I'm good

This question I'm not sure about.... maybe from the extra blood in your body? Or could be your sinuses, I know they swell more with pregnancy.
At the very least this will bump your question do you can hopefully get more answers. Sorry I can't help more.
