My boobs have gone up two cup sizes and I'm 17 weeks. I found costco tee shirt bras to be soo comfy and cheap! 2 for $12. For the nipple tenderness, ice and keep them moisturized.

I actually feel way better at the end of the day when I take off my bra, mostly because my boobs have already grown quite a bit (at 10 weeks) and my bras are getting to be a bit too small. So buying something that fits well - underwires NOT recommended - can help and generally just being gentle with 'em. It will pass eventually, unfortunately it can take a while. Make sure you don't face the spray in the shower (ouch!!) but the warmth of the shower always helped me. I wouldn't recommend cold therapy personally.

Maybe you can try a cold compress like a wet. Cold washcloth or ice pack
