app problems

Any1 else having problem with this app. Whenever I open this app its always asking for my login details. Getting really annoyed now. How do I solve the problem any ideas if not this app is being uninstalled for good.

I have been recently having login problems too! Every time I close the app and reopen it I have to re-login. But before I never had to worry about that!

And sometimes I will think I am loggednin, I will start typing a ton of stuff in response to a post, and then I will hit 'send' and everything ends up getting deleted and I get signed out# it's very frustrating sometimes!

I have all the same issues...
Logging in, freezing my phone, backing out of threads after posting a comment...
It is a good aoo but it could be amazing if they fixed and updated it.

Ladies, try updating the app if you haven't already.

I was having this same issue for about a month and I was just ab to delete it when I realized there was an update available. I went through with the update and have had no problems since then.

I hope this helps bc this truly is a great app to have. Especially if you're like me and don't have Facebook and aren't able to join any mommy pages or whatnot.

Yeah i give up on mine a lot. I enter my weight and it doesn't save it. I can't login to comment in the group's

Hi ladies, I just heard back from the med help people and they have sent out an update that hopefully resolves the issues! I'm not sure if it does or not ( but I just updated it through the app store on my smart phone. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up!

I'm so sorry you're having problems with the app!  The quickest way to get help is to email our support team directly from the app.  To do this, just tap on "Settings" (if you're on an iPhone, tap the 3 bars at the top of the screen; if you're on Android, tap "Settings" at the bottom of the screen).  Then click "Support".

Be sure to say "yes" when you're asked if you want to send data -- this allows us to check things out from our end, including your data, your app version, and the type of device you're using.

If you can, please include the information you posted here, as well as any other specifics. This will cut down on back-and-forth emails, and let us get down to problem-solving right away.

Mine wasn't allowing me to comment on anything or post anything for about a day. Just kept saying there was an error. Really frustrating!

Its happening to me as well and when I try to open it the app crashes atleast once about 70% of the time. Ive been in contact with the med help people and they gave me a couple ideas to use for a droid phone but they dont work... med help people are trying to figure out whats going on I guess or so im told. Its seriously annoying!!

Yes. Started happening to me too recently, I always have to login twice too, which means waiting 5 times for a new screen to load to get back to where I was. Getting really annoying!!
