arms feel asleep

I sleep in my side and sometimes my arm is asleep when I wake up. But usually guess away. Sometimes the tingly feeling wrong go away for a while. Or it does but comes back. Any ideas why? Should this concern me?

Mine have done it with all 3 pregnancies. It is normal, pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome, mine has now subsided after 20 weeks. Maybe cause once your body gets used to sleeping on its side.
