I used the Dr. Browns bottles with my first and the were miracle workers for gassy babies! Totally worth washing the extra pieces!

Im going to use tommie tippie because I an going to be breastfeeding and the nipple are the closest to our nipples. Ive heard alot of good things about them and the shape of them are nice. They sell them at Target.

Yes I've heard of the Dr. Brown bottles to help cut out the air but idk about dealing with the extra pieces.. im sure I may have to try different ones depending on what my baby likes..just wanted a clue on what to try first

It really is a matter of preference and what works for baby. With my first i used advent and hated them because they leaked and my baby sucked in too much air. My son had reflux also. This is my second and I've done a lot of research on it and i have also asked many other mothers (especially mothers of
reflux babies) and they all recommended Dr. Brown's So that is what I'm using this time.

Bottles are bottles at end of day. I can't afford buying different ones to try out. nothin wrong in buying a brand in.

Dr Brown are very common where I live. I've actually never heard of Tomme Tippee. Maybe brand availability depends on location?  Personally I don't think brand recognition is as important as the baby's that's why I recommend having a few different types to try. I wouldn't invest in a large set of any brand before finding out if baby will accept them. :-)

That is a matter of opinion, but we used Dr. Brown's with our last baby. We liked them, the design is supposed to cut down on amount of air baby ingests while eating. There are four pieces to each bottle so some people don't like the extra cleaning, bit we didnt mind.

This can vary by baby so having a few different kinds to try can help. Mine preferred the kind that are angled. I think they may be by platex? They didn't like the weird nipples on the more expensive brands. They acted like they couldn't suck well on them but some babies do better with them.  Once they were bigger and gas wasn't an issue we just used the really cheap gerber and parents choice bottles.
