I am currently layer up in bed only 5 weeks pregnant and my throat is killing me and my head and nose blocked. Iv been on honey and lemon but I need something that works.

Due to the amount of blood pumping through your veins you get stolen membranes. It hellos to blow your nose every morning and to use a Netty pot. Also try taking a claritan or benadryl. Call your doc first though. I'm approved for both.

Yes. My ob Said it's bc our nasal cavity swells during pregnancy.  You also might get headaches bc of this

Yes, it came back. I had it real bad in my 2nd trimester and it slowly eased up. Then last week, it came back with a vengeance. It slapped me in the face with no warning. It stinks!
