Just means your baby is measuring smaller than average that's all... its not a big deal... they just have growth charts for gestational ages and yours happens to be on the lower side of things... it means you wont be giving birth to a big baby... mine is measuring in the 42nd percentile and I have gestational diabetes... so I am very glad that she is a little on the smaller side because I dont have to freak out about hwr being too big or needing a c section as of right now
Thanks, thinking of it that way makes it easier.
My first always measured small. She's just a small girl to this day. (26 lbs at almost 4). My second is measuring big now :p
Don't worry too much, especially if you're eating right and taking your prenatals :)
My baby is measuring on the 16th percentile. She's too small. I'm 37 weeks n midwife said she's measuring like a 34 week baby.
Both my children measured small my entire pregnancies. My 1st they kept changing my due date bcuz I was measuring small. Then at the end of my pregnancy they decided I was just having a small baby. This pregnancy I received more ultrasounds just to check that baby was coming along. My baby is just cramped in there. I wouldn't worry to much.
All babies come in different sizes. I hope I get to have a small baby. :)
I measured 2 cm small my whole pregnancy then at 34 weeks I measured 2 cm big. Lol basically grew 4cm in 2 weeks. I think measuring is really just a means of keeping track of baby's growth in utero.
