Welcome to the third trimester! I'm no expert, but I think it's got to do with the baby getting bigger. I can't even tell you how many times I visit the toilet at night. But I'm looking at it from the positive side. I think it's good training for when the baby comes, coz then one has to wake up every 3 hours for feedings and changing. God bless!
