heartbroken

I went today for another ultrasound.I will be 9 weeks on Monday.  The baby only measured 7 weeks with no heartbeat .dr said hes 99.9 percent it is a miscarriage but will confirm next week with more blood work and ultrasound.  This is my first pregnancy. I have been nauseous, tired and breast tender. I have had no bleeding or cramps. I already look like im showing.  This is just hard for me to believe my baby is dead. Has this happened to anyone?  Please help.

Miracles happens don't be sad and talk to God . Believe either a miracle and and everything come to normal pregnancy or you'll get pregnant this same year . But stay with God talk to jesus pray hope to hear from you soon

So sorry! But dont give up or be hard on yourself. There is still a chance baby is ok.

I heard my baby's heart beat at 6wks. Mind you it was via vaginal ultrasound and it faded in and out alot but it was there. I had another at 8wks and it was able to be heard perfectly. You can detect babies heartbeat from the outside around 12wks.

Yes. That's happened to me. I'm so sorry for your loss though.  It's pretty common though, and knowing that helped me. I'm pregnant again now, and so far so good.  I like to think of it this way... That little egg wasn't developing right for our baby, so he (and we) just had to try again till it all went right.  :-)
