Only lower movement

27 weeks FOR and I only feel baby down low below my belly button. Was wondering if this is normal to only feel her down low? I have 2 friends due within weeks of me and both feel movement every where.

I actually asked that question about a week ago (not on here) and I was told that gravity keeps the baby down but position has a lot to do with it as well.  I also have an anterior placenta meaning that supposedly I can't feel baby as much as everyone else? Yesterday I woke up on my left side and from my belly button to almost an inch on top of it my stomach started moving.  Freaked me out. Lol it was the first time if had any real movement above my belly button.

Could also be where your placenta is located, it tends to dampen feelings.  I'd say it's all good as long as baby is moving.  I'm 32 weeks, and have a long torso, so the highest I feel movement is right at my belly button! It's still an innie, and it's soo weird to poke my finger in there and feel the hole in my abdominal muscle, and I can feel a tiny foot kick or sweep across!!!

I'm 33 weeks and my baby is breach. I feel her most in my lower abdomen but for the past couple weeks I've felt her up by my ribs occasionally. She's just getting bigger and I can feel her more now. I'm pretty sure it's just the position of the baby and nothing to worry about.

I guess it could be the babies position but I'd confirm with your doctor

I'm 30 weeks and have only ever felt movement below the belly button.  Never thought it was abnormal.  Any movement is good to me!
