So yesterday iwas at l&d cuss doc sent me bc iwas having contractions constantly but they didnt hurt all ifelt was that ihad trouble breathing when they were happening and they send me home cuss iwas at 2cm dialated and 40% effective and im 39 wreks 4 days any advice please anything would help

Walking constantly for an hour got me from 4cm to 5 cm and they admitted me :)

Your not ready yet thats why they sent u back and ur baby is probably fine if not they woulda kept u there
