Use prep h applicator I had to to cause there inside to and pushing those ones out... Prep h takes about a day. Wear a mini pad or it stains your undies
Have you tried tuck pads and preparation h
I did the witch hazel and being laying all day
Try witch hazel n if that doesn't work ice n dont sit for a long time hope that helps
