I feel sick like past miscarriages..scared

I'm 9 weeks today and I have the same feeling of just feeling toxic, tired, weak, headache, bloated, nausea as I felt when I miscarried in august and back in 2007. I still have sore breasts and no bleeding but I just feel like it's the same sick feeling I had when m/c. I'm freaking out a little..my first appt with the OB is Jan 7. I'm so scared that I'm carrying around an empty sac or a fetus that stopped developing.. I don't want another dark silhouette on the ultrasound screen.
Am I just paranoid? Am I just having an off day or something? Has anyone else felt overly sick like I described?

I too have miscarried before. I wouldn't worry everything you described sounded like normal pregnancy symptoms to me.
:-) Try your best not to worry. Remember stress is not good for your growing baby.
