Hello ladies i am a frist time mom and this morning  i woke up and had some discharge yellowish(sorry for the grafic) mucus  like ..i am not sure if its my mucus  plug ..i dont know what to think??

Tightening if the stomach can be contractions, even if you don't feel pain. My Dr just told me this today. This is my 4th child and with my last 2 pregnancies I was in full blown painless labor, contractions and all, and I only felt tightening. They literally had to show me the active contractions on the screen for me to believe it. I say you should monitor the tightening and see how many times a hour it happens. Anything less than 4 is OK. More than 4 an hour, you should call your OB of make your way in to be checked

I am 38 weeks pregnant..no pain just tighten  of the stomach

Sounds normal to me!  Mucus plug rejuvenates itself so even if you lose a bit of it, as long as your not having labor symtoms your ok!  If you start having pains then go to docs!  Im 36 weeks and have lost bigs of my mucus plug/discharge since 32 weeks!

Depending on how far along you are it's probably just normal discharge.
