Not Really a question. But these crampings Are horrendous :( im 9w4d. I cant sit, stand, eat, drink Or sleep. Constant ouchies.

I drink lots of iced water, on a bad day ill only drink 6litres, usually drink between 7 ånd 8 litres å day. But i will go mw later, put my mind at ease. Thank you xx

I would ask about it still, but drinking more water may help... I found that I would cramp a lot on days that I wasn't drinking as much water as I should...

Hey, no, not discussed with midwife, seriously considering it Tonorrow Morning. Been cramping for about ten days now, but last Two nights have been stronger. No spotting either, just a bit more discharge. (looks normal) thank you, and congratulations x

Have you talked to your doctor about it?? Im 12wks but i cramped from about 5 weeks on...finally have stopped but doc did say it was normal. Are you spotting any?
