What is Vbac??
I am 27wk 3d and have been advised to use this method to have a vaginal delivery. My last baby was in distress and I had to have an emergency csection. It thunderstormed while I was in labor. I got scared, stop dropped and rolled. Then crawled to my bathroom several feet away. I still think that was the reason for her distress and my doc doesn't disagree.
It means to have a vaginal birth after you had a c section. Best of luck to u!!
