back n hip pain!!!!
I'm almost 30weeks with my first baby (: and my question is what has worked best for other moms heating pads or ice packs ? My lower back and left hip have been very painful ! Please help!
Heating pads are what i use...I'm a ftmtb and had a recent back surgery. My Dr's told me heat and there is an oil out there by young living that I swear by. It's called deep relief and is all natural. It even comes in a bottle w a roller ball for easy application. I use mine b4, during and after work. It seems to help. I'll be 32 weeks Fri. Good luck!
