back pain?
My back pain is so intense, i feel like my thighs are tingling, has anyone else felt like this?
Yea i think that is what they are here... but it was only on my right side amd now my left decided tp join in the pain...
I've been dying for a swim and I think it will do a lot of good. My insurance use to cover massage but now they dont and they run about 100$ for an hour in my area...
I def need to try swimming, and i have been thinking of those pregnancy massages

I had horrible lower back pain and hip pain very early on. I occasionally get back pain now (21 weeks) depending on if I over due myself at work or around the house (I also have scoliosis) maybe pregnancy massage (something I'm gong to treat myself too soon) and swimming I hear helps.. how far along are you?
