back to work

Hi everyone, I'm just excited to be going back to work next week after not working for three months due because of a eviction from last residence. I am a single mom of a 7 and a 9 year old. I am currently 22weeks as of today. I go to school full time and have parents and brother around to help. But everyone works different schedules. I'm wondering is how old do kids have to be in order to be left alone for a couple hours. And when should I return back to work. My due date is Feb 15 but always had kids at least 2 weeks early. Just wondering what I should do, any suggestions?

It depends on maturity. Alot of children here are latch key kids and that begins in elementary.school. Just make sure that it isn't for long periods of time that they have a snack and rules to follow. The main concern with cities/counties  is that there is no neglect when  children are home alone.

I am a FTM mom. But I have a niece who is 9 and I dont think I trust her to be alone. I wouldn't leave her alone. It would freak me out. But maybe trustworthy neighbor can keep an eye on them for a few hours. But I would also check your state for laws on that. I am in Texas and are laws are strick on leaving kids unattended.  Good luck momma♡ best wishes♡ your a great mom, going to school and working and raising 3 kids. Amazing♡

Depends on state law.  Montana is any age so long as you feel they are mature enough.
