bad cramp like feelings
Hey ladies. Well today I'm experiencing some weird cramp like feelings. It's my first baby im 30 wks and i have no idea what contractions feel like. Can anyone describe em or let me know ? So I can have an idea :/

It might be Braxton hics. They are not on a constant timing. Labor is for example every 5min. Take a stop watch and time them out. If in doubt or thinking you are in labor go to the hospital
