cramping stomach sore
My back has been cramping for a couple of hours stomach is sore especially on my right side gets worse when I walk what can be wrong

It also might be Appendicitis! Go to Er!
How far along are you?
If first trimester it may just be uterus stretching out... cramping is ok if there isn't blood. . But if it's getting really painful you might want to consider going to the ER.
If you are 3rd trimester they may be contractions!
