when did your drs check you???

So Friday I will be 35 weeks & it's been 6 years since I was last pregnant I can't remember anything LOL. but I'm curious as to when did your drs start checking you to see if your dilating and thinning out? Also at what week do they do the strep B test? Thanks, in advance for any feedback.

I got checked for strep b for my 1st but not my 2nd baby I wonder if they'll test me on baby 3... and they checked me at 37 weeks but this time around I've decided not to get checked until actual labor

I asked at my 34wk Appt to be checked because I was losing a lot of mucusy discharge and having lots of contractions. But I think they usually start at 36weeks.

My Dr never checked me for dilation.  It really depends on the Dr some do and some don't.  There really is no point in checking since it won't bring labor any sooner..

I'm getting my strep b test this week. I'm 34weeks. Ftm though so I don't know the answer to when they start checking to see if you are dilated.
