Not a sign as I've been leaking colostrum since 18 weeks and am now 39 and no sign of baby yet.

No way, thats not a sign, nor is it breast milk. Its colostrum and theres no need to worry. When i was about 17 weeks with my first, I woke up one morning with my shirt soaked. Remember, your milk doesnt come in until after the baby arrives. The first days, the baby is actually getting colostrum, wich is rich with nutrients and antibodies. Typically, our bodies start producing colostrum as early as 16 weeks!
