belly poking

ok ladies... i cant be the only mommy to be who pokes an pushes on her belly to get the baby to move around. my hubby is always giving me a hard time about it saying that im an abusive mom lol. im not doing it hard so i doubt im hurting anything. whats your thoughts

when i dont feel Brantley moving for awhile i get worried and jiggle my belly then he starts kickin the crap out of me

I do it all the time with all 4 of my kids and they are just fine its fun esp when they start pushing back at u

Lol Awwww he doesn't know what it feels like on the inside.Sometimes its really weird &uncomfortable... lol that's the only way toget the baby to move...lol

I've done it to all my kids...its kinda fun. But my 1st (now 14), used to get her foot lodged up under my rib and I had to push it out. So I've been prodding at them all ever since. Reminds me of those jelly tube things with the toys inside...know what I'm talking about? You squeeze one end and the toy moves up and vice versa.

I do it too...and he tells me not too all the time! Its funny but its not harmful at all. Its cute tho that hes protective of the baby allready! :)

Lol I do it when my husband is home. For some reason my baby is constantly moving during the day once my husband gets home he stops. So I poke around to get him to start moving. My husband is always telling me to stop because im hurting the baby.

Yeah it doesn't hurt the baby...lol I do it all the time I'm 35 weeks&it gets worse...lol I push&poke to get him to change positions...lol
