binding

does anyone plan binding there stomach after the baby's born? If so what are you going to use? I heard ace bandage works as well as anything any experiences

U can also use those excercise sweat band things that wrap around it waist.  It really does help it tummy to go back in instead of just staying flopped out cuz of the pregnancy.  I will be using that and it a only like $8 at sports authority..

I used a towel and safety pins when daughter was about two months my tummy was flat. Helped alot

Ya I bought a gurdle  (i think that's what they are called), the kind you'd find with shape wear to wear under a dress. It worked much much better than the wraps I bought from babies r us. The wrap was expensive and way to short for my torso (I'm 5'8), it wasn't ridged enough and it was uncomfortable. The gurdle I could just step into and was half the price.

Hell yea!!! Lol.  Ima need all the help I could get. I also bought a couple of gurdles and that tummy tuck belt u see on tv to use while I work out. I need to loose 50lbs

Yes...I wrapped after both of my kids, one vaginal, one c-section...wrapping was extremely helpful after the c-section. The hospital will offer you one if you ask...or you can probably find one in babies r us.
