Having my sugar test tomorrow any previews experience? ??

Im 29 weeks and 5 days. I had my sugar test 2 days ago. The drink wasnt bad. Just tasted like flat orange sunkist. The blood drawings werent too bad but then again ive been in and out of hospitals since i was born with congenital hydrocephalus.

Ours is scheduled for 26-28 weeks. The drink tastes sooo bad, I had trouble swallowing the drink in the time I was given to drink it. It tasted like flat,  extra sweet Schweppes lemonade to me.

They told me i had to be fasting since 10pm from the night before so they could see how ur body reacts to the sugar alone

Just bring a bottle of water for after the hour is up. I was so thirsty.

I just had mine. On Friday and the tast was not badd as eeveryone said it was gonna be but glad that done and over with

Okay perfect girls.....I'm 29 weeks 5 days.....I got the orange soda one and they told me to put it in the refrigerator because cold taste better .....This is my 2nd pregnancy but never has my sugar test for my first one

On 3rd pregnancy my test is usually scheduled around week 28. 22 weeks now. Never had bad experience but the "juice" is nasty I usually gety the orange soda flavor. Also, first time around no one told me it was not a fasting test so I didn't eat breakfast and spent 4 hours in the hospital starving. Eat beforehand but obviously not sweet foods.

Oh ok thanks a lot!  I'm still safe for a couple of weeks then, lol. I don't remember much but I know we need to be fasting and it tastes horrible... :/

Is it ok if I ask you how far along are you? Because I'm 11wks and haven't had my glucose test. :/
