Brother in law just got me an exercises ball from his work wondering if any ladies have had any sort of luck with one if they have been having slight contractions?

They are brilliant. They really do help. Especially late stages of pregnancy. When you watching tv get bouncing. Anytime really when you can. Helps baby down the right way x
I am hoping that it kickstarts something haha
They are wonderful when your needing to reposition yourself...I used one with my first pregnancy during delivery. Loved it
