birthing balls
What does a birthing ball help with? I'm 39+4 and was at 3cm and 60% effaced 4 days ago. Will bouncing on the ball help move things along?
I got one to help the baby drop. It hasn't worked. Haha. I am being induced tomorrow and was trying to move her down because my doctor said some babies will refuse to drop even with induction and you will end up needing a c-section. So she rrecommended the birthing/yoga ball to hop around on. I think some women use them for exercises to relieve back pain and hip pain too.
Hasn't helped me with anything except for my pelvis and back pain..hasn't even made my son drop and I'm already 41 weeks and 1 day I'm getting induced Tuesday
