bleeding in early pregnancy

Well.. currently I'm 9 weeks 1 day. This past Wednesday I bled significantly,  fresh bright red blood. Went to the ER and everything was ok. Got to see my little "Speck" and his/her heart beat. They called it "attempted miscarriage". I did NOT have any cramps. Friday was my follow up with doc, he said everything seemed great, we were even able to find and hear Speck's heart beat. I bled again yesterday. Bright red. Same amount but it stopped a lot faster. Today... no bleeding but I have been having cramps, no terribly painful, but more than I have been having. I am sooo afraid of having a miscarriage. Any thoughts,  words of wisdom, experiences???

At 12 weeks I all of a sudden start bleeding it lasted for about 15 mins til I got to the er, they did an ultrasound and bloodwork and they told me everything was fine and looked normal. The next day I did a follow up with my OB she gave me and exam and said everything was fine. Sometimes women just bleed during early pregnancy. Its not normal but its common. But its best to always go in and get checked

I'm almost 14 weeks now, thank goodness, but I did and still at time bleed. At first the doctor said it was an attempted miscarriage as well, but we did ultrasounds weekly until I was at about 10 weeks, everything always checked out Ok. The bleeding/spotting now cones and go's. Sometimes I go a week without anything. I have had issues with cervical cancer in the past so my cervix was scrapped a few times and I also have abnomyosis if the uterus and my uterus is larger than most, those are a few things can be contribution to my bleeding/spotting. My doctor did say that 25% of pregnant women have bleeding and or spotting during pregnancy, I didn't realize it was that high if a number. I would say as long as your not passing clots and your doctor is monitoring you weekly until your second trimester, you should continue thinking positive :) I wish you all the best. Try to relax.
