I'm having that problem too.  It's little man jabbing me, which he does often.  He just recently quit beating up my appendix (they had to test me for infection because it seemed like appendicitis at first) then he moved on to a new organ to whack.  Always check with the doctor if you're unsure, but if there's no smell, burning sensation when you pee, or stranger than usual discharge, then you're probably just getting beat up inside.  Good luck!
