bleeding

I'm 9 wks wit twins n I'm bleeding. It staryed off a little this morning now it more. I hav bk pain n menstrual cramping. The blood is brown. Should I b worried? Cause I am. I called the dr office n the nurse said she'll call me bk. Feels like I've bn waiting forever. Dont know if I should jus go to the hospital???

I am 15 weeks. I bled heavily with cramps at 9 weeks.  All they can do is check an ultrasound to make sure every thing is OK,  Tylenol for pain and peliv rest. I then bled again at 13 weeks it was old blood Brown with clots. You may have a sensitive cervix like me.  Hopefully things work out.  Blood doesn't always mean something is wrong :)

I had twins and doctor always told me blood is NOT normal id go in to the hospital to make sure
