blisters on tongue

Anyone else have blisters on their tongue? At first I thought it was just something sour that I ate but then it takes them about a week to heal and then a new one comes out somewhere new. They look white.

I had something like little white dots throughout my pregnancy. Mostly under my tongue. They would only last for like a day and go away on their own. I thought it was because of my tongue ring but i took it out and still got them. And they're not from poor oral hygiene. I brush my teeth twice a day and use mouth wash in between. I know an upset stomach can cause sores in your mouth so that might be where they came from because i got them when I was suffering from really bad morning sickness. I haven't had them in a while. I'm 32 weeks now.

I get ulcers in my mouth from time to time. I had them constantly in the first trimester. I get them any time I get run down it seems. For me they just go away on their own and my Dr was not concerned when I mentioned it to him. Hopefully it's something similar that you have. They are painful but nothing serious at least.

Have you taken any new medications? It could be an allergic reaction. If so try benedryl. If that doesn't help contact your doctor.

I had that once and the Dr. Said it was from bad oral hygiene.  I would swish with peroxide diluted with water and used a tongue scraper. It hurt like Hell but once I got it better I stayed on it and I haven't had any problems since. Good luck!

I've been tested and no HIV. I just emailed my doctor. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what their doctor told them.

That's not normal, have you gotten tested for HIV? That's one of the possible symptoms. I wish you the best of luck♥
