Massaging your stomach helps too. Circular motions from the sides up or down towards your belly button.
Also..you can take Tums and GasX. Both help. But tumsis for for burpy gas...gasx more for intestinal gas.

Just lie by any of your sides and keep rubbing your spinal cord..this will help you relieve gas
I don't think you should take anything. Just make sure your drinking lots of water and getting exercise. If you are in pain c ur doctor.x
