ohh ... I didn't know I could sleep on my stomach. I'm 14+ and showing a lil. I've been sleeping on my left side as much as possible for the past 2 months. now I even have a spasm in that arm since two days  :-(

I slept on my stomach with previous pregnancies til 34 weeks. Its fine as long ad you are comfortable... My doc had no problem with me stomach sleeping as long as I was comfortable, but most women aren't because of the baby bump... I didn't even show with my first til I was 39+2

My doctor advised to sleep however I was most comfortable (stomach,  back,  etc.).  I slept on my stomach until 25 weeks when I then shifted to a side/stomach positioning. All good ladies..  Im now 37 Weeks and my little man is doing great! Sleep well while you can!
