I asked the doctor this because i had been feeling bloated for days. With anything and everything i would eat. She said it might be constipation and just recommended stool softeners. I just try laying on my left side and drink carbonated water to burp all the air i feel trapped in my stomach

Well hormones do that to you. They make your digestive system go slower than usual. It typically make you constipated too.
Don't really know what to say! I eat lots of fruit, like orange and kiwi, plums.. Granola.. Veggies.. I completely avoid banana, and only once a week I eat rice. Or rally any other good that favors constipation.. Just in case!

Thank you its just so uncomfortable, and im an active person who worksout & eats organic food and I honestly drink nothing but water and ive been drinking strictly water for 2 years now except on saturdays ill drink sweet tea or lemonade i dont drink carbonated drinks because they would always bloat me up with a sip or two ( seriously that bad). Since I found out im pregnant ive been bloated I don't know what can be causing it

Depends on why are you bloated.. If it's from water retention then drink lots of  water and herbal tea, avoid soda, etc. if it's from gas then you don't want to eat certain foods. Anyways, you can always combine healthy eating and plenty of water just in case :)

Just drink more water and decrease your salt intake.
