evening sickness

Im just over 6 weeks and the morning sickness has kicked in but it unfortunately hits in the evenings before bed. I feel tired and queasy all day and then get sick at night and then cant sleep because of my upset stomach.  Its been 4 days of this cycle. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.

Good luck. I couldn't find anything you help with my all day morning sickness. Finally over it at 21 weeks!

Are you getting too over tired? Have you tried swapping lunch with tea so you haven't got a full heavy tummy. Just some ideas for you. I hope you start feeling better soon.

From 6 weeks until 8 weeks, I was a miserable, nauseous mess.  Vitamin B6 is what my doctor recommended for nausea.  She said it can be taken in conjunction with Unisom (the sleep aid).  I haven't personally tried it, since I was told about it at my first OB appointment which was yesterday and my nausea has subsided a lot.  I'm now 9w3d and when I do feel nauseous, I eat sour hard candies.  Sour causes you to produce more saliva, which SOMEHOW calms nausea.

Get a nausea bracelet! I never needed one but a friend of mine couldn't even move without wanting to throw up, she said it worked miracles for her and it is completely harmless to the baby!

Ugh, I feel your pain. Same thing happens to me. Honestly, I haven't had much luck finding something that helps. But you can try eating a small snack before bed, ginger ale, or ******* pops. Good luck. I'm at 10 weeks now and it's gotten a lot better just in the last few days!

One of the biggest things that helped my daytime nausea was waiting to take my prenatal vitamins for after dinner or before bed. Eating small amounts throughout the whole day. Keep some kind of refreshing scent with u so when u come across nauseating smells (which seemed to happen all the time) you have something to rescue your nostrils.

I have this problem. I noticed if I stay full of food, the sickness subsides a little before bed. That's just me though.
