I'm a nursing student and just learned in my OB rotation that it's due to increased estrogen and Is normal. I'm having a stuffy nose but no bloody nose...

I get them literally every single day. Sometimes multiple times a day. Usually at night or when I wake up but I've gotten them during the day too. It's only my right side. I think it just has to do with all the extra blood we have in our bodies right now and hormones make the nasal passages more sensitive.

I'm almost 32weeks and I had one a couple weeks ago. Haven't had a bloody nose since middle school and I'm 26 now.. Came out of nowhere so I don't know! I have heard its more common during pregnancy
