I'm taking tums for calcium. I take two/day now. I'm thinking of doing two twice a day since I'm not getting much in my diet. Is anyone else taking tums for calcium and how many?

My doc said 3 a day for calcium. :)
I took mine whenever I had heartburn too. And boy did many lil girl have a load of hair on her head! !!
My doctor has me taking 6 a day to help with contractions, I'll be happy when I never have to see one again... Yuck!
I take tums constantly because of heartburn. I about 4 daily.
