Lactose Intolerance during pregnancy?

So I used to drink a whole gallon of milk every week. Since I've been pregant I really haven't been wanting it much, which is fine. But every time I do drink it I get a horrible stomach ache with stabbing pains and diarrhea. I never had this with my last pregnancy. I'm just not going to drink it at all anymore, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I can't eat,  drink,  or ingest anything with cows milk now.... not before. . Lol I think it is baby's way of saying he doesn't like the milk.  Both my other boys were lactose intolerant.  I have a feeling this one will be too. Which btw ***** cause I love coffee and can't drink any cause I have to have cream lol

In the very beginning of my pregnancy I couldn't drink enough milk or eat enough cheese but now I get sick whenever I have dairy, even ice cream :-( I am hoping it passes! I also can't eat meat now which I also hope passes!
