braxton hicks at 22 weeks?
Getting uncomfortable cramping pains on and off all day. Are they more than likely braxton hicks contractions????
They are uncomfortable but irregular so definitely not contractions of the labour kind.
I was told in a lamaze class, empty your bladder, drink 32 oz of water, lay on your left side and feel your uterus. If you have more than 4 contractions in an hour, go to the hospital.
If they're painful then their not braxton hicks. I would go get checked out.
