I am 38 weeks with my 3rd. I struggle with breast feeding but want to try again with new baby. Any experienced moms know what foods to avoid so baby isnt getting extra gassy or any other tips??

Drink a ton of water, nurse frequently to increase supply. The first few weeks are key.  Proper latch is essential, ask for help at the hospital. They have lactation specialists available who are so eager to help you have a successful breast feeding journey. Use lanolin for chapped nipples. There's a nipple shield if you have a really tough time that can help you get started.  People say it shouldn't hurt.  With my first it HURT. But only for a couple weeks,  a shield helped my nipples heal baby and i figured out a latch together, i increased my low supply by nursing and pumping frequently, mother's milk tea. There are lactation cookies you can make, they usually include oatmeal, flax seed, and nutritional yeast. The first couple months were a bit tough but then it was so easy and special and i loved it! Breastfed him for a year and a half, such a healthy boy. 2nd was easy peasy! Also a year and a half breasfed. Only stopped with both of them cuz a new baby was coming soon and i didn't want them to be foghting the baby for their milk, lol. As far as making baby gassy.... every baby is different. Some babies have no issues with any food, my 2nd had none. My first had a few, chocolate or caffiene made him a little gassy, and foods that are normally associated with gas ie: broccoli, cabbage, beans. It's trial and error, pay attention to what you eat,  if baby is gassy avoid that food.  Also this changes, what affects baby early on may have no affect on him at 6 months. There's help out there,  stick with it,  you can do this! So good for baby, mommy,  your budget, lol.  Good luck! Your little one is almost here:)
