I black out 3 times and I'm 31+ 5.... Nothing help me.. I told myself maybe I have to stop moving so fast.. Be careful..!!! & take yo time with everything..
The apps I have downloaded say to.try not to make.sudden movements,.but its totally normal

I have had that with all my pregnancies. I am currently 7 weeks today with my third and it happens every time I lay or sit down. Try laying there for a couple minutes before getting up. Have a glass of water and some crackers before getting up. Drink plenty of water thru out the day. That's what I have been doing and it seems to help. Hope this helps :)
