I don't plan on breast feeding so my question is how do I get rid of the milk quickly? With my first I was so soar and in pain and I don't wanna go thru that again but back then I didn't think to ask anyone about it I just let it go on its own. Help!!! Lol

My dr told me they dont give medicine to dry you up or prevent milk because it was causeing brain hemraging (sp)  he said it isnt aloud anymore.. :/ but he said wearing a tight sports bra, frozen cabbage, and starting my burth control pills imeaditly after birth should help dry you up quickly!  Hope that helps!! :)

Maybe you can speak to a lactation nurse (unless u did in past already) and tell her your concerns about breastfeeding, if you'd want to give it a final shot.

Cabbage leaves in your bra, will actually draw it out...and help you dry up quickly

They should give you a shot after you give birth to prevent milk from coming in... if not, you can take anything that clears up the sinuses (like advil cold and sinus or something similar)

I noticed when I was shopping the other day that Earth Mama Angel Baby makes a tea to dry up your milk. I think it's called No More Milk. I haven't tried it but their other products seem to work really well so I would think that one would too :)

From my understanding, there is medicine to help shorten the length that milk is produced and help you dry up faster. Definitely talk to your Dr or inquire at hospital. Best of luck!

I've heard frozen cabbage leaves on your boobs will help.
