breast milk

So I am 39 weeks pregnant and I still don't have any breast milk. I deliver Friday,an wanted to know if I will have milk then for my baby to drink. I do plan on breast feeding but I still don't have a milk discharge.

There is also a product called plexus that help you product milk it's all natural you take one time in the morning and it will also help with losing weight but with breastfeeding your gonna lose weight anyways!you can start taking it now it's safe to drink pregnant I do to prepare.

Im 37 weeks and my dr. told me to get nipple cream to prepare me for breast feeding... I only been using it for a week and now Im starting to see my breast produce colostrum.

Thanks ladies. I was just a little worried because nothing is coming out yet and when I had my oldest daughter I had milk be4 I delivered.

This is my 4th pregnancy and with all of my others I never got my milk until 3 to 5 days after I delivered.

Some women don't.  It's not an indicator of you having milk.   Your first milk is colostrum and that's all baby needs until your actual milk comes in (usually 3 to 7 days).
